You won’t find any of the box store brands here. We hand build all our sheds and structures. Built like a house (16 on center), not 24 on center to cut cost and weaken your structure. It’s not built tough, unless it’s Schleifer tough.

Roseville Project

Entire house was remodeled. Tile was removed, floor leveled and covered with beautiful luxury vinyl plank. The old ceiling tiles were removed and replaced with sheet rock with can lighting to open up the space more. The bathroom was updated and fireplace installed. All doors and trim updates. Half walls are filled with spray foam insulation to improve the comfort level of the basement.

Minneapolis Project

The finished basement was once finished in the 80s. We came in and removed everything! Chipped trenches for new plumbing for the full bathroom which has a pocket door to free up space. Insulated every possible place we could insulate. The entire basement floor we had to add up to 3″ of self level because of how unlevel the floor was!! The stairs leading in and out of the basement had to be up to code for step height so they were all fixed. We have the luxury vinyl planks in here as well. We’ve got the custom made fireplace/TV entertainment with a hidden access door to the utilizes inside along with a beautiful egress window.
